Enable full set in deno.json:

This rule can be explictly included to or excluded from the rules present in the current tag by adding it to the include or exclude array in deno.json:

}

Disallows the usage of with statements.

The with statement is discouraged as it may be the source of confusing bugs and compatibility issues. For more details, see with - JavaScript | MDN.
